I wish we could see the entire song before printing to really get a good look at the arrangement beyond that first page. I was somewhat dissappointed with it.

Key of piece

It would be beneficial to have 2 chances at getting the piece in the ideal key at one price. After I played through it and tried to sing it, I realized it was way to high. I filled out the survey so that I could get the $5.00 coupon to buy the piece a second time in the key I need. I did see the range printed before I purchased, I thought I could use it an octave lower but it didnt work as Id hoped. I really like the arrangement and look forward to getting it in the easier vocal range.

Vocal elaborations

I liked this arrangement for the most part, but I did have to modify it before performing it. Unfortunately, in a lot of the piano music for current contemporary christian artists, the person that creates the arrangement includes an attempt at notating the vocal elaborations that the original artist sings. I have tried some of these as written, and they tend to be rather awkward. I have found with those sections that it is usually best to cut them and move to the final restatement of the song and the final cadence. In this case it was "Come to Jesus...and live", which worked quite well and cut the vocal elaborations which would not have been appropriate for the performance setting.
