The works included in the Hugo Parry Organ Album Book 1 are the Fantasia and Fugue, published 1912 and related to earlier versions from 1877 and1882, Chorale Fantasia on Old 100th, and the magnificent Elegy for 7 April 1913 for the funeral of Sidney, 14th Earl of Pembroke. The later years of Organist, teacher and composer Hubert Parry’s life were a fruitful time of composition and academic output.
