Bridge was himself a fine Viola player and it is therefore appropriate that these pieces. in addition to those he wrote specifically for Viola and Piano. should be published in transcription for Viola. This volume contains numbers 6 to 10 of a set of ten pieces which have been skilfully transcribed for Viola with Piano accompaniment by Veronica Leigh Jacobs.
