Published by Heinrichshofen Verlag. PE.N02414. As not every passage is easily reduced to two parts, however, the arranger's bag of tricks provided clever solutions. For example, the parallel thirds in the bass in the Andante are rendered as quick alternations of the two pitches. The bass part is adjusted for bass recorder with alternative passages when it extends beyond the instrument's range. This is a challenging work, comparable to Bach's flute sonatas.
