Opening with a bright Killer Joe -type groove in the rhythm section, this swinging vocal mixes unisons, thirds and full harmonies in a hip but very singable fashion with just enough rhythmic and harmonic surprises to keep things interesting. The middle section reprises the opening vamp as a background for light-hearted vocal quotes and an instrumental solo. The solo concludes with background vocals entering and building to a climax. The voices then return to the verse, leading to a dramatic vocal segue into a half-time rock groove with a tasty vocal tag and ending. A fun chart and a cheerful earful for the season.
